About Me

Cheryl Chow
I started this blog to commemorate my cat Saki, who died several years ago from feline leukemia. She had all her shots and I thought she was safe, but she wasn't. In hindsight I can see that I was quite ignorant about how to properly take care of cats. Despite spending hundreds of dollars regularly on Saki (and thousands when she was ill) I can see how ignorant I was about cats. It's too late for poor Saki, but if somehow I could improve the life of even one cat out there through this blog, then at least her death wouldn't have been in vain. And so my aim is to entertain and educate by sharing stories about various cats I have known. Please feel free to share your stories too.
